Peace is the soil where progress grows. At the Aduro Foundation, we understand that every community’s hope for a better future depends on the courage of those who protect it.

For Dr. Anthony Aduro, the men and women of Nigeria’s armed forces and police are not just uniformed figures, they are guardians of stability, the unseen pillars that make every act of development possible. His respect for their sacrifice has inspired initiatives that restore dignity, comfort, and care to those who serve.

Okitipupa Police Station Renovation (November 2023)
In 2023, the Foundation transformed the Okitipupa Police Station, constructing a modern perimeter fence and installing clean, functional facilities. What was once a neglected structure is now a safe, organized, and dignified workspace for over 60 officers and staff, a gesture that says, “We see you. We value you.”

Our Security Support Projects

Army Barracks Borehole Project (October 2024)
Access to clean water is more than convenience, it’s a lifeline. In 2024, the Foundation installed a borehole system in the local army barracks, providing fresh water for military families. This simple act has improved health, boosted morale, and reminded our service members that their wellbeing matters as much as their duty

These projects are living proof that security is not a privilege, it’s the bedrock of progress. And those who safeguard it deserve more than gratitude, they deserve support, respect, and care.

Because at the Aduro Foundation, we don’t just invest in communities, we stand with the people who protect them.
