Dr. Anthony Aduro is a globally minded visionary and social impact leader whose work has touched lives across continents. A proud son of Ondo State, his name has become synonymous with human capacity development, enterprise building, and sustainable community transformation. Over three decades, he has built and led organizations that bridge critical development gaps in healthcare, social services, philanthropy, and agriculture, transforming vision into measurable impact.

His leadership journey is anchored on a deep commitment to service and empowerment. As Founder and Executive Director of African Immigrants Social and Economic Development Agency (AISEDA), USA, Dr. Aduro has championed programs that empower African immigrant communities through capacity building, advocacy, and social inclusion. Through his leadership as President and Chief Executive Officer of Medi-Link Services and UniqueHab Solutions in the United States, he has expanded access to quality healthcare for elderly and vulnerable populations, ensuring dignity, accessibility, and stronger support systems.

Driven by a passion for giving back, he established Aduro Foundation for Humanity, a platform dedicated to education, healthcare access, youth empowerment, and poverty alleviation in underserved communities across Nigeria and the diaspora. From this humanitarian vision emerged Aduro Farms, a strategic agricultural initiative designed to strengthen rural economies, enhance food security, and create jobs through innovative and sustainable farming systems. This agricultural focus reflects Dr. Aduro’s belief that community development must be rooted in both human empowerment and economic transformation.

His entrepreneurial vision extends further as Founder, President, and Chief Executive Officer of Aduro Holdings Limited, a diversified enterprise encompassing Aduro Homes Limited, Exril Empire, and Astrocity Arcade. These ventures drive innovation and job creation in housing, real estate, commercial development, and investment, further amplifying his impact across multiple sectors.

Dr. Aduro’s expertise lies in strategic leadership, enterprise development, healthcare systems design, community transformation, and philanthropy. His academic journey began at Government Technical Secondary School, Idanre, and continued at Bhopal University and Barkatullah Khan University in India, where he earned Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Commerce. He later earned his Doctorate in Healthcare Administration from Walden University in the United States, equipping him with the capacity to lead complex, high-impact systems.
